"Design Without Borders: The Future of Freelancing" was a massive design report which mapped out the evolving creative workforce in one of the most far-reaching looks at the freelance design landscape to date. For the report I provided art direction and commissioned custom pieces from hand-selected designers on the platform. The report featured input from more than 10,000 freelance designers from 42 different countries around the world, and looked at who is freelancing; what drives and motivates this specialized group; how, why, and where they work; what challenges they face; and how they think about the future.
